2. Values about structure
• We want the structure to promote the Pearl Seekers’ vision
• We want to have a framework so that we can judge where we are and how we are going
• We have an agreed pattern for gatherings and meetings
• We recognise the need for facilitators for Face to Face groups and moderators for Online topics
• We have a structure that is accountable to Pearl Seekers
• We recognise that people will test if Pearl Seekers is suitable for them
• We recognise and accept that people will move on
3. Values for Pearl Seekers’ Team
• We want our language to be clear and our decisions to be simply expressed
• We consult with others about decisions
• We rely as much as possible on the individual Pearl Seeker and the discussion groups to support these values.
